If you don’t have easy or ready access to your cash deposit today, a deposit bond can help. A deposit bond is a guarantee for up to 10% of the purchase price of your property. Then, at settlement, you pay the full balance of your purchase, including the deposit. It’s fast – your deposit bond can be issued in less than 1 business hour (very handy if you are heading to auction on short notice!)
